OPTIMIZE YOUR TIME

Nowadays, time is the most luxurious article in our lives. We really feel that time and the days are running through our hands. It’s already October, and we feel that we still have many things to do and accomplish. How can we optimize our time and feel more productive with so much information and tasks to manage?

Automate. Grocery and pharmacy items can be bought through iFood or WhatsApp. Most of the times, the price you’ll pay for delivery is cheaper when you consider what you could do with that time saved. Buying sliced fruits and pre-washed salads is also a time saver.

Delegate tasks whenever possible. If you have the option to share responsibilities, whether at work or home, don't hesitate. This frees up your time to focus on activities that truly require your attention and add more value.

Limit your time on Instagram and social media. Establish specific times to check your social media instead of accessing it continuously throughout the day. This not only helps maintain focus on more productive activities but also reduces the feeling of being overwhelmed with too much information. Set a timer for these activities, allowing you to enjoy your online time without it interfering with your other obligations.

Talk with people. Do you have a new project? Want to make something for the first time? Talk to people who already did that. You might think this last item can make you lose time…but instead of that, talk with people can help you to find new solutions or new ideas and insights that can make you really save time.

By implementing these strategies, you can optimize your time and feel more accomplished as you navigate your daily tasks.
